WILD ABOUT BEARS: A GAME

For Classrooms, Libraries & Nature Programs

Author/illustrator Jeannie Brett and Curious City (wild about bears both) developed a simple game to compare and contrast the book’s featured bears.  With a lovely hand-painted game board and game cards, your readers can explore the concept of adaptation and discover what traits make each bear species different and what traits are the same throughout the Bear Family (Urisdae or Modern Bear).

Additionally…Jeannie Brett has developed a set of Bear Masks for the featured bears and Charlesbridge Publishing has developed an Activity & Discussion Guide for Educators.
